We met as classmates in IE's Global Master in Real Estate — finalists and audience favorites at the Venture Lab. Between us, 40+ years of renovation experience and one conviction: renovating is a mess, and we're here to fix it.

Each of us hit the same wall: buying new is clear and transparent; renovating is chaotic, costly, and blind. We watched homeowners and contractors lose time and money to a process no one had stopped to fix.
So we built the marketplace we wish we'd had: see your space with AI before you spend, choose pros by their real work, and money only moves when you approve each stage.
